Our Heaviest Hemp Knit

Our Mens Hemp Heavyweight Long Sleeve is the heaviest, thickest knit we’ve ever made — a dense hemp and organic cotton yarn, cut loose and roomy through the body and shoulders. It has the kind of substantial, broken-in hand that only comes from a heavy yarn, and it gets softer with every wash while holding its shape and integrity.

Premium Natural Fibers

We knit this one from a natural fiber blend of 55% hemp and 45% organic cotton — a thick, durable fabric that still breathes. Hemp moves air far better than any synthetic, so the weight gives you warmth without the clamminess. Wear it on its own or layer it through cooler weather.

This is the original, coarser spin — the yarn we used before we moved the mens line to a finer thread. Heavier and more rugged than anything we make now.

A Note on Sizing

This XL’s chest measures 25.5″ pit to pit, and the body length comes in at 30″ (shoulder to hem)—a bit bigger than a standard XL, so it wears roomy without being a true oversized cut. If you wear XL, expect real room. If you normally wear 2X, it’ll fit, but closer to the body than the photos suggest.

Last Chance

This is the final run of this style. Extra Large is all that’s left, in olive, brown, and black. When those sell out, we’re retiring it.

We’re not retiring it because anything was wrong with it. We changed how we spin our yarn — finer thread, knit tighter. This is the last of this design in the old spin.

Easy Maintenance

Pre-washed and pre-shrunk, so the fit you get is the fit you keep. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low or hang dry. Made through fair trade partners.
